Mesa Subway 115 cab strange noises???

Check that air isn't escaping through the speaker connectors on the back of the cab. You might also play with the grill off to rule it out.

That can't happen with this cabinet, the jacks are sealed.
 
Unless a small rodent chewed though the seal.

That is why I'm very disappointed with Sweetwater wanting me to pack that up on my dime. They didn't listen to that audio sample or spend one second on troubleshooting. On the bright side, my 115 now has a 210 friend. If I have any questions about my TT or cabs I'm just reaching out to Mesa and/or posting it here.

That is not my experience at all with Sweetwater. They've always sent a replacement item, asked me to put the bad one in the new box, tape it, put the return label on it and call FedEx for pickup. How long after buying it did you contact them ?
