Before the common rewind buttons and limited TV-Guide descriptions I happened upon one of this wonderful artist’s shows on “education television”. Possibly she played this same bass? The set was hypnotic and different, groove was so deep. It confirmed I a music knuckle dragger. When the credits rolled I did not catch her name. Pity me it was years before I caught her name.

I am pretty sure that is the same early Sixties Jazz that she was using nearly thirty years ago.
