Because sometimes you feel like looking "Metal", but your shoulder likes the comfy feeling of a padded strap...

Does anyone know of a PADDED and STUDDED bass strap???

As stupid as it sounds, put a pad or soft towel as padding under your shirt.

I had to do that to manage a bad sunburn once and darn if it wasn't effective as a nice soft cushion no one could see, and I didn't have to change my favorite strap.
