missionmetallica.com has been updated! They have some fly on the wall footage of Rob. He's got a sweet bass tone on this song. I see Kirk in there too playing a Telecaster! That's new.
It's up! you can preorder the CD, I'm about to. They have a sweet limited edition package for $125, but my parents won't let me get it. So i'm getting the $35 one.

I did the platinum dealybobber yesterday (the $35[?] one, I don't need the vinyl albums and all that...) 
Yes, we got two new videos today. Nothing too exciting, but cool nonetheless. First one is a bit of them jamming to a new song, with Lars talking about trying to figure out some kind of cool rythmic beat, while James likes the more groove oriented drumming better.
And the 2nd vid has Myles (Lars' son) come into the control room and scream "Hi dad" into a mic and blow out Lars in-ear monitors. And everyone has a good laugh. Just a couple seconds of a new song at the end. Pretty funny though
You'll probably be able to find them on youtube somewhere by now.

Where ever I am on the release day I have decided to be at a record store upon its opening to purchase this album.

1st one has a full minute of them jamming to one of the new songs we've heard parts of before. Doesn't blow me away, but it's pretty cool. Some nice chugging riffs
And the 2nd vid has them all sitting around talking. Kirk says he thinks 'Hellenbach' (he pronounces it the same way as Lars in one of the other vids) is a great tune. Kirk talks about how he's been playing a ton of solos every day and he can't remember what he played the day before. Says he was listening to the recorded solo on Hellenbach and didn't realize until later that it was actually James playing the solo.
Cool stuff. I don't know how to rip the videos, but I'm sure they're on youtube by now...
