Double Bass Mic and Pickup Double Bass Pre Amp

Hi!, I have been using a mic and a pickup to rehearse and play live with my Double Bass and I was wondering if a pre amp pedal like the one in the diagram does exist? It's like a fancy reverse Y pedal, 2 inputs merge into 1 output that can feed an amp and/or a mixer:

I own both the EDB-2 and the Grace Designs Felix. Both of them will do an excellent job of blending piezo and microphone signals. They differ in the way they process the EQ from both channels, the voltage provided to the phantom, the Notch filter, and their HPF. The EDB-2 can run off batteries or AC.

The AI flex and their two channel heads are the only ones I know of that have independent effects loops like your diagram:

Depending on the type of pickup you own this is a very good solution. Much easier to control feedback issues than
actually using a microphone and believe me I've had a good deal deal of experience with the various microphones
like the DPA 4099B, the AMT25B and my Remic's.
