This is for Mr. PRD400
I do know Michael Anthony has studied music in Jr. college and has played jazz with his father who was a horn player in a jazz band. I'm sure he is musically literate, meaning he can read.
If you are such a master musician than you should be able to read as well.
So define the measure of music you see below and tell me what scale the opening phrase is based off of and what note value is each note.

Before someone questions my musicianship I will define the opening measure since PRD400 can't.
First off it is in the key of D minor because you see a B flat in the key signature. It is in common time otherwise known as 4/4 as noted by the C icon where the time signature is. It starts off with a 32nd note rest followed by a D melodic minor scale played in 32nd notes up and down then starts a new phrase starting on C sharp ending on E and ends the measure with a 1/4 note rest.
The name of this piece is Chromatic Fantasy and Fugue written by J.S. Bach.
