im also interested i these pedals, which would u say has the nicer sounding/better tracking for sub octave?
I've had the EBS on my board for a long time. Recently got a POG and took it to practice last night. Initial impression is the same as those above... POG tracks better, EBS sounds better.
So what does "better" mean?
To me, the POG sounds a bit artificial compared to the EBS. The -1 octave on the POG also sounds lower than the low setting on the EBS, which is a bit too low for my taste (approaching sub-sonic). Of course some might like that, just not me. The EBS sounds more natural, realistic, and the hi/mid/low switch for the -1 octave sound gives a nice, useful range of depth to choose from.
I think I'm sticking with my EBS.
