Midas MR18 mixer: 3 aux outs stopped working

Anyone using the Midas MR18? I've has one for 2 years now and it's been great, but recently it's had an issue with 3 of the aux outs.

Out of nowhere aux 4, 5, and 6 stopped putting out signal. I see signal getting sent to them, their outputs show signal (vu meters react normally), but plug in an xlr and nothing comes out. 1, 2, and 3 work fine.

I initialized my mixer settings, and performed a factory reset w the button on the mixer, and the problem persists. I'm afraid it is something hardware based internally. Broken circuit card, loose ribbon cable, something like that. But wanted to see if anybody else experienced this and what the fix was.

I do use it for gigs, but I've kept it in a good quality hard road case. It hasn't fallen or had anything else happen to it that I might suspect as a cause for this problem.

It should still be under warranty, and I reached out to my Sweetwater rep who sold it to me cause they are a repair center. But I'd rather not ship it and be without it for weeks.

Any insights are greatly appreciated.

Gonna ask the stupid questions, and you’ve most likely checked this stuff already, but…
Could it just be a soft patch issue? Did you create a new scene and accidentally program the new scene with those outputs unpatched or muted?

Doesn’t hurt to ask or double check. I once ran a show were I had a send on one scene on and then programmed the rest of the scenes with that send unpatched, the videographer was pretty pissed off at me after that gig. Oops.

Yeah, went through several scenes and checked routing. Also initialized the mixer settings back to zero, and did a factory reset on the mixer. Confirmed after each the aux outs were all set the same, and still had the issue.

I reached out to sweetwater how have opened a repair ticket. The mixer is still under warranty so they are going to send me instructions shortly which likely means packing it up and sending it to them.
