Yes. Usually you can find this info on the specifications section on the pedal site or in the pedal's manual, but not always. Fortunately JAM specifies power requirements in their manuals on their website :

Some people deliberately starve fuzz pedals for the sound. I've seen a pedalboard voltage control (to be inserted between the power supply and the pedal) sold for this purpose. It's still important to know what you're working with and whether any particular pedal is going to work as intended this way.If the pedal requires more current than the power supply can provide, the voltage will sag and it could damage the power supply or cause it to go into protect mode. It's also possible that everything will continue to work undamaged, but the sound quality will suffer.
