Milliamps?

Well I got everything hooked up. No zip ties yet. Plenty of experimentation to do. I ran the entire signal chain through the FX Loop on my Bassbone OD with the Bassbone through the FX Loop on my Microtubes 900 v2. It was way too quiet but when I removed the Bassbone all was good. I didn't fiddle with the Bassbone at all, just removed it after what I heard almost immediately. More investigating is required tomorrow.

I had a 1st Gen Bassbone long ago. It required 15v 400mA and was center positive (meaning it used the Cioks red tip cable). Is that still the case with Bassbones? Might be wirth double-checking the manual for.

The stated current draw for a pedal will be its maximum. They may draw less than this much of the time. Even if the total current drawn by the pedals is close to what the power supply can deliver, I wouldn't worry.

Regarding your question about signal chain:
What 'style' do you play? Was listening to Slowdive (shoegaze) yesterday and remembered that it's common to use modulation or drive after delay/reverb to get some more unusual sounds (although the bassguitar is usualy plain SVT stuff I think).

If one of your pedals takes more than the power supplies, you can double up with a Y-cable.
I’ll just add something that you may know already, but I don’t know your level of experience (apologies if I’m underestimating): as folks have noted, you definitely want to make sure that the power supply has enough current for the pedal on the channel, and combine channels if necessary to get more current. But in the other direction, you can also combine multiple pedals on one power supply channel if they are lower than the limit. I have smaller supply (Trex Fuel Tank Jr.) on my little board and daisy chain several pedals that need 2-15 ma on one channel that can deliver 120 ma. Those MXR pedals you have are very low draw, so could be combined.

Or, to put it another way, you can buy waaay more pedals for that board! ;)

Exactly! On my board, I have 8 pedals and 8 power outlets. For the El Capistan, I have to combine two power outlets to get enough power. Then I have to "split" one power outlet and send it to two pedals that don't require much power to run.

That is correct except its a green cable. Spent the time and made a list of all the pedal specs and center pins. Radial is the only one in my lineup with positive center. The Ciokolate has 3 outlets that will put out 15 volts but one of them (the 4-15) only puts out 100mA.

After compiling a list of specs for my pedals I did actually use daisy chain cables that came with the ciocks to combine the JAM Whacko, MXR Envelope, and Aguilar TLC to one 9v 100mA outlet and then the MXR Octave, JAM Ripply Falls, and TU-3 to a 9v 200mA outlet.

I'm not very genre specific but I do enjoy jazz and funk. One day I'll wanna play Les and the next Jaco or maybe some Commerford or maybe Phil Lesh or even Jamerson. Never can tell what I'll be feeling. I ran out of patch cables. Not all of the pedals are in the signal chain but every pedal on the board has power. My Alpha Omega Photon, POG2, Aguilar Fuzzistor, and Empress buffer + are not on the board yet. I was just running the tone hammer all by itself when I took the pic. Lakland 55-60 to Tone Hammer to FX return on Microtubes 900 v2. Love that Tone Hammer.
