MIM P-Bass... PUPs for hardcore?

I've used SPB3s extensively and am a big fan if youre after a non-traditional P bass tone. Expect bigger, grindier mids and deeper lows. The mids are scooped and (whilst many dont like that about the pup) I find that it doesnt step on the toes of the guitarists and muddy up the band's sound.

The SPB3 is played on this Sense Fail album. Not exactly like your band but similar kind of guitar sounds etc.
