Count me in as well.

Also, if anyone has a 12" or 15" cab for sale PM me. The lighter the better of course. I need something to use with my new (to me) Walkabout Scout combo for bigger gigs. Thank you for your support.

I can wait for the GTG and run them back to you when I'm done. I lived in Shoreview (on Snelling a half a block north of the arsenal) for 10 years. I'm comfortable finding you to get them back to you.

At least I think that was an offer. Thanks if it was ;-)

I'll throw them in my case for the GTG. I'm just off Hamline, north of the arsenal.

Hello Minnesota guys...
I am leaving my band because I'm moving out of state and I thought I'd give you guys first dibs to replace me. It is a variety/dance/cover band with drums, bass, guitar, sequencer and two female singer/dancers. They play within 1.5 hours of the cities EVERY Friday and Saturday. Sometimes they have a weekday gig.

This means you will be playing 8-10 times per month. The gigs generally pay $100 per person per show. I averaged $1,000 take home per month. The casino gigs pay as much as $300 per person per night for two nights. We were the featured band at Treasure Island Casino on New Years Eve 2010.

The people are great, they all have an excellent grasp on music theory. The guitarist has a 4 year performance degree from McNally Smith. Hit me up if you're interested, I'll get you set up for an audition. This band is great for getting experience, learning, and getting a paycheck on top of it.

tis a good gig for the right person... : )

I'll be bringing my Joiner Fretless Bass (Sadowsky SCs, passive... awesome!) and my '59 P Bass for sure, maybe the Fendowsky P-J too. I usually gig with an Eden WT800C/210XST/210XLT setup that I could bring if anyone is interested. I also have a Gries 1x15 Neo cab that is killer super light that I could bring.

I have made custom high quality cables since the mid 70s, and I'll bring some samples of those too.

I'm psyched to see Kenner's new Alembic, :bassist: and I hope the Wal is there too. I was leaving as it showed up last time. :(

And, I'll bring my camera again too, and hopefully take more pictures.
