Hey fellow bass players! New member to TalkBass and I have a question regarding accessories. I have lost my power cord for my Ampeg PF 500 and I was wondering (as stupid as it may sound) whether I need an exact model cord for my head to continue working or if I can simply replace it with another power cord? This is greatly appreciated!!

Just to make sure --- we are talking about the electric cable from the wall outlet to your amp, correct?
As long as the connectors match up the cable is generic.
