I don't think either makers would pass up putting their signature logos on a bass.Its likely a personal project someone did and liked aspects of both CT and Alembic.

I was thinking a one off alembic. Maybe that guy was making basses after hours using alembic's equipment. Looks like Alembic electronics. I remember an interview with Entwhistle where he said he was getting tired of all the external preamps, power supplies stc...I think thats when he packed in boris.Thank you!
