mk1 replacement

Hi. I have an Ibanez btb...with mk1 pups. I'd like to replacing without any changes on the body. I like nordstrand ,fralin,aero, emg but none of them has pickup for replacing mk1.
Any idea? Thanks.

Bartolini MK5's are my favorites. Nordstrands will fit as well. I love the crunch and clarity those MK5's give though...they have nothing at all in common with MK1's.

Mk5 or nordstrand big singles? Wich one has more mid? I want something jazz but in modern way.

If you want more jazz stuff, than I would suggest Nordstrand. Contact Maurilio here on Talkbass so that he can help you get the pickups with the right string spacing

This is exactly why I liked the MK5's better. More mids, much more modern sounding.
