I thought I would post a couple pics of my modded G&L SB-2 for future reference just in case someone is interested. I never took a liking to the stock ceramic magnet pickup, but I loved the neck and color of the G&L. I was going to sell it and find a Precision style with a nice thin neck but that was easier said than done. If you want a Precision with a Fender style neck, the world is your oyster. If you're like me with some wrist and hand issues, you want a thinner, lower profile neck. I simply couldn't find what I was looking for so I decided to drop an Aguliar AG 4P-60 in there and I'm so glad I did. Now it's absolutely everything I want, an old school classic sound with a modern neck and bridge pup. Extremely easy mod too, just a little filing of the pickguard.
