Mod'ing controls on a Jazz

I have a love hate thing going here. Love my J (although I didn't think I would) but HATE the V-V-T. I would like to do V-T-Blend.

Anyone know where I can find a schematic for such. I would also like to upgrade the pup's, so suggestions are welcomed.
