Modulus photoshop

I didn't really intend to do the marble, so I'll have to do it again. I only have photoshop at school, so I'll redo it tomorrow, but has anyone ever heard of an axe with that sort of finish? Basically a translucent white over some kind of birdseye/quilt. Or some way to bleach all of the color out of the wood...

Actually my Fender p-bass is a "Honey Blonde" which is almost a yellow translucent color over the wood. Different.

My fave color is RED. I REALLY like sparkly or fire-engine opaque RED. But I LOVE the look of real wood so I don't like to see it covered up at the same time!
