hmm i think this is rigth forum

anyway, a month ago, i ordered their modded ehx russian muff (aka mo muff as they say)


HOWEVER, it STILL HASNT COME and MONEY IS GONE (i paid thru paypal)

this is 1st time im dealing such stuff like this... something that i ordered not coming in..

i kept sent like 5 emails to their custommer service guy but with only 1 reply, he stopped replying and now im reached to my limit.

wow they really disappoint me.


anyway so what should i do? keep send emails? call police?

some advice would be grateful thx

That kind of behaviour always sucks .

If You haven't already, call the cops, they have to deal with it.

File a complaint with Paypal. They have a whole process for getting your money back from a seller, it's called opening a dispute. Go check it out, that's the best route for getting your money back.

1 of 2 things happened. These guys are just lazy and unprofessional, or scam artists. I wouldnt deal with the police only cuz they arent gonna do anything most likely. File a dispute with paypal, though ive never done it, dont use paypal so I cant help. That does suck though, and posts like this help the rest of us so we know who to avoid.

Log onto the Paypal site. Run your mouse over "resolution center" in the toolbar, and in the little popup menu click on "tutorials".

I have dealt with MohoMods many times. Chris has always been very straight up and professional with me. Did you try dialing the phone to speak with him?

no ive been very busy (im a student..plus trying out for baseball team) it might sound dumb but i hate to talk with someone over the phone.. but i'll try that. but im not lying; he didnt respond me and send me the product for almost 4 weeks. now im getting really pissed off
