I was wondering how the brand name mooer is pronounced...is it moo-er or is it moore(like Demi Moore)?

I saw Moo-er. Like the Cow.
I've been pronouncing it as mower
Seriously?
What's next, how Moog is pronounced.
(i.e. like "moge", the correct way)

If you mean "moag" like the word "moan" but ending in a G instead of N, that is correct.Well I pronounce Moog as "moag"....
Well I pronounce Moog as "moag".
I know somebody who says that "moeg" is THE correct way, but he's an idiot.
As for Mooer, in Dutch the double vowel is long, so say "Moe-r", if it's Dutch. If it's not double Dutch, it's unDutchable. Nope, that can't be right.
Or perhaps it should be pronounced like Moët et Chandon, without the "t", kind of like French-Canadian "moo-eh". Canadian, hmm, but not quite Quebecois either. So that can't be correct.
I think I'll pronounce it more like Moog (Moag), as in Mooer should sound more like "moar", as in ship moor[ings] or "The Prince of Wales liked to walk along the Moors". Prince, no, not the Artist-formerly-known-as-Prince-but-now-known-as-Prince-again feller, but princely as in royalty... well, more of a pauper proletariat...
Oh confound it!
I pronounce "M-o-o-e-r" unpronounceable!
Henceforth it shall only be written down or if speaking with someone it will be spelled out, ex "Garth, I just bought this cool 'ehM' - 'Oh' - 'Oh' - 'Ee' - 'aRe' fuzz pedal today, check it!"
[SCENE: A Band rehearsal space, the bassist, alone, is trying out new gear – a Squier bass and a Mooer pedal – when the guitarist arrives ... ]
Guitarist: 'Evening. Ooohh a Squier!
Squier Bassist: (stiffly, while twiddling knobs) Good evening.
Guitarist: Is, uh, ... Is that a new pedal, a Moo-er, eh? Know whatahmean, know whatahmean, nudge nudge, know whatahmean, say no 'moere'?
Squier Bassist: I, uh, I beg your pardon?
Guitarist: Your, uh, your new pedal, does it moo, eh, does it moo, eh?
Squier Bassist: (flustered) Well, it's a filter pedal, yes.
Guitarist: Aaaaaaaah bet it is, I bet it is, say no 'moore', say no 'moar', know whatahmean, nudge nudge?
Squier Bassist: (confused) It's got an envelope follower ...
Guitarist: Follower. Envelope Follower. That's Goya, that's Goya! A Goya's as good as a WinISD test to a blind drummer!
Squier Bassist: Are you, uh, ... are you 'on' something?
Guitarist: ON! Very Moog, very Moog! Ay? Ay? Ay? (pause) Oooh! Ya Wycked Ay! Totally Wycked Audio Ay! Oooh hooh! 'T-W-A'! Say No 'MOARE'!
Squier Bassist: Well, I, uh ...
Guitarist: Is, your uh, is your new pedal a good sort, ay?
Squier Bassist: Um, seems like a good sort, yes!
Guitarist: I bet it is, I bet it is!
Squier Bassist: As a matter of fact it has pretty good signal-to-noise ratio.
Guitarist: 'Oo 'asn't it? Like Auralex Gramma, eh? Knew it would. Like Gramma, eh? It's quite a sound, quite a quiet sound?
Squier Bassist: Better than my KEIO Traveler, yes. It's still analog. (pause)
Guitarist: SAY NO 'MORE'!! ... ... ... Analog, sayno'moare', sayno'moore', sayno'moere', Squier!
Squier Bassist: I wasn't going to!
Guitarist: Oh! Well, never mind. Db Db? Is your uh, is your new pedal affected by ... 60 cycle hum, ay? 'HUM'? ay, he asked him knowingly.
Squier Bassist: Hum?
Guitarist: Bzz Bzz, grin grin, wink wink, nudge nudge, say no 'moe-are'?
Squier Bassist: Mains hum, eh?
Guitarist: That could be, that could be, gotten from pub lights. Neon, you know, NEON hmm?
Squier Bassist: No, no I'm afraid I've never had any hum from neon.
Guitarist: Oh. (leeringly) Still, mooooooh, ay? Mwoohohohohoo, ay? Hohohohohoho, ay?
Squier Bassist: Look ... are you injecting something?
Guitarist: Oh, no, no, no ... yes.
Squier Bassist: Well?
Guitarist: Well, you've toured the world, with a Squier. Encountered many languages ...
Squier Bassist: Yes ...
Guitarist: I mean, you've been around a bit, you know, like, you've, uh ... You've 'got it' ...
Squier Bassist: What do you mean?
Guitarist: Well, I mean like, ... your new M-O-O-E-R, the FX company ...
Squier Bassist: Yes ...
Guitarist: How do I pronounce it?

Well played, sir!I pronounce it "Throat Warbler Mangrove."
OK, I've looked up a real, accurate answer. Mooer is a Chinese company, 深圳市魔耳乐器有限公司. Literally, "Shenzhen city Magic Ear Musical Instrument Company." Even here, all the pedals & packaging are printed in English though.
魔[mó] 耳[ěr] = Magic Ear. Those marks are 'tones' - whether you raise, lower, or shift pitch slightly when saying it. Chinese pronunciation is really annoying. The Roman alphabet writing is called "pīnyīn" and confusingly uses slightly different vowel pronunciation from both American English & British English.
it sounds like "mwuh" or "mwo", and "rrrr" (in this local accent) or "errr". "mwuh"rrr"
