Mooer Superbender?

I saw this and was amazed at the price, but i was wondering, is it just another piece of crap? I'm really into Tool at the moment and want to be able to pitch shift like Justin Chancellor, anyway I'm rambling. What are everyones thoughts in this?

Moorer has a serious following so I don't think they are junk, several of their creations are on my GAS list
