I feel with moral issues (which this is), the price does not matter.

Either it's right or wrong. If they undercharged you $1,000 and you'd bring it to their attention, then you should also bring to their attention a $100 undercharge.

But wait, you can't get in trouble as easily with a $100 theft as opposed to a $1,000 theft! So not returning $100 of merchandise not legally owned is okay!

I totally agree with you. Just because you don't know someone or they have more money than you doesn't mean it's okay to exploit their honest mistakes.

i work in a supermarket. if i forget to ring up something i would NEVER expect a customer to come back and pay for it, and i have no problem with that.

although, once a guy made a trip back, and went to the customer service desk and paid for 3 pears that he accidently left in the cart. came to what, like $2? the only thought anyone really had was "atleast hed never cheat on his wife.."

if it was a small vendor/ single person, yeah, probably. However, I have no qualms with taking 100 bux from a multi-million (if not, billion) dollar corporation.

Yeah. Like I wouldn't even consider causing harm to my friends or any of my next door neighbors, but sometimes, just for the hell of it, I drive into neighborhoods where certain "types" of people live and throw bricks through windows of random houses.

It's fun being able to rationalize wrong behavior by pretending that it isn't really wrong when the victims are anonymous and aren't deserving of consideration.

And if theres nothing in it for you...then why bother???

yeah...take that attitude through life with you buddy and see where it gets ya!!!....lol
