I'm looking for reviews on the Mosky Power Station DC core 10. It's advertised as having isolated outputs and I'm loving the dimensions, 1.8" wide X 1.3" thick so it could fit under my homemade pedalboard.
But it's only $35 Canadian on eBay and I know you usually get what you pay for. I don't demand absolutely the best power supply but I don't want a noisy piece of junk that will fail in 2 weeks or burn up my pedals.
Has anybody tried it?

Since the Mosky power supply uses a separate, external 18 volt DC power supply, I'm extremely skeptical that it is a true ISOLATED GROUND power supply. Apparently some companies are saying their power supplies have "isolated outputs" which isn't the same thing. Sadly, it seems there's a lot of marketing BS in the power supply business. Having a separate voltage regulators for each output doesn't prevent ground loops, and doesn't let you use a positive-ground pedal in your pedal chain. A true isolated ground power supply uses a special step-down transformer with multiple secondary windings.

Don't have links for you right now, but it looks like a generic Chinese PS. These are all over the internet with various names printed on them. There was a page comparing a lot of PSs that said that they are indeed not isolated.

The "Mosky" looks identical to the one listed on this page as "Joyo Power Supply JP-02". (As I mentioned - you'll find it all over with various other names)

I recently bought this Mosky power supply from Amazon, but haven't had a chance to try it with multiple pedals yet. I plugged a single pedal into it as a quick-check. It worked and the pedal sounded how it usually does (no additional buzz or hum).

I didn't do a lot of research before buying because I just wanted something Chinese, cheap and cheerful to use in a home-made guitar pedal board.

I was a little concerned that the 18 volt adapter it comes with is very cheap and lightweight. (I would be afraid to drop it or step on it. However, if it lives secured inside a pedal board, that probably won't be an issue to worry about.)
