Playing a TON of Iron Maiden! Agreed, it wil help stamina. Aces High, The Trooper, Run to the Hills and Caught Somewhere in Time back to back is a killer. Ha, I said Killer...no pun intended.

I say the most challenging fingerstyle is anything by Steve Harris of Iron Maiden (some of his fills are freaking crazy) or Cliff Burton of Metallica. For a jazzier sound check out Jaco Pastorius, especially Donna Lee...what I wouldn't give to be able to play that note for note lile Jaco...
