Thanks for the link... ditto on the "gorgeous" comment. I hope he gets to see these posts.Checked out that article...indeed, GORGEOUS work!
BC Rich used to do that with 8 string basses and 12 string guitars.Tuners at both ends? That seems wrong.

Why go through all that work and add a crap bridge.
I would guess it is a piezo bridge since there are no pickups. Probably sounds pretty acoustic-ish (is that a word?).
Thought this was TalkBass! 28 posts and nobody asked the weight or said they'd like it if only it was a fiver?
Where are you?
And where do you put the tort?We don't even know the string spacing!

Amateur.Does that look like a P-Bass to you?
I believe he machines them himself from brass. What exactly makes it "crap"?
People have been making fretted, stringed instruments for centuries with non-adjustable bridges that have perfectly fine intonation. Knowing his attention to detail, and it being a custom build costing what it does, he likely carved the bridge to be intonated with the buyers string gauges of choice.it will not intonate for crap, if you are going to hang it on a wall then it doesn’t matter
Gazelle tapestry hanging on the wall!Uhhh.... there is a significant feature missing from pictures of this pretender to the throne when compared to the mighty mothman. Can anyone guess what it is?
