Just heard the Mothman on YouTube. Boy that tone could really kill. A thin sound is an understatement. My bass sounds fatter unplugged. Maybe the player was unworthy. I can say that as he is probably deceased now. Even I can hear its thin flutey voice in my dreams. The worst dream was the one where the Mothman's tone was coming out of every bass I picked up at a gig. Now I just stay awake. But that nasally sound haunts my waking hours.

i wunder who has the mothman today? ide sell both legs to own it! but then again nobody owns the mothman it owns you!
The strange thing... No one actually plays the Mothman. The "host human" simply holds this entity and it chooses which notes to play.
If you record the "hum" and playing it backwards, a distant planet will receive a signal that Earth exists.
Is it normal that after viewing the YouTube, I seem to be looking through a red film over my eyes, and feel as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced?
