Spotted in Action Music, Falls Church, Virginia at 13:57 EST:

I actually touched it...even plucked a string. I'm not sure that was a good idea; I now have thing weird feeling in my hand and visions of schlocky 80s barbarian sword and sorcery movies running through my head...

There was no price tag on the headstock.

I am assuming this means the Mothman is PRICELESS! ...just like my real-life run-in with a TalkBass legend.

I'd say if you walk in wearing a moth outfit, say "Ahhhhhh, there you are!" and walk out casually with it under your arm like a boss, there isn't a court in the land who could send you down for it. The moth is law. You are crime.

LOL I noticed that right after I uploaded it.

This shop just moved into this space recently, they used to be around the corner and had a lot bigger showroom. Not as many basses anymore, but still overall tons of cool vintage gear.

But I'd be afraid to go in that bathroom, the Mothman might follow you in there and do horrible things.

You can't buy it yet. My son goes to college very near there and I'm hoping to find time for an opportunity to stop in that shop and play it when I'm visiting down there sometime before he graduates!

LOL, maybe I should make up my own fake price tag (with no price, of course) that describes the "features", including the warning about the curse, and tie it on when nobody's looking.
