I don't understand why they stopped the escalator. She was finally beginning to make some upward progress once that dude got a good hold of her and her scooter.

She is standing up in the video. I am not 100% sure why some of these people need a wheel chair. I seen a lady get up from one, walk totally normally with out any problems. At some point it's gotta be bad for you.

I'm not sure how they do it, but these "scooter stores" somehow can get people's medical insurance to cover these things, even if they can walk. I guess they have type 2 diabetes or something?
