Moving from Warwick to Fender! Help

Just keep in mind that if you want a Fender that has comparable quality to a German Warwick, you may need to go with a Custom Shop Fender.

and it will still retail for less money...

SS2 5 string is over 5 grand. MSRP (production)
CS deluxe jazz with your choice of wood 3-4 grand. It also has jazz bass tone and is made for YOU.

Custom Shop Warwicks are Fodera prices. There is no way i would purchase a Warwick over a Fodera for the same price.

There is a reason Fenders have been used on more recordings then any other brand of instrument ever made. Tone. plain and simple.

I guess im urked by Warwicks price change a few years back, That hike in price was unjustified to me. (Im aware that it was to help their employees standard of living) I know Luthiers that build better instruments then Warwicks that are indeed handmade and custom made for you. ( see Scottfrench.com) for half the price. With Fender you are paying for a name, but you get a trusted tone that has been proven to perform time and time again.

Warwicks are great instruments, dont get me wrong, They just arent so great that anyone should not consider letting one go in a trade.
