It will bury the Eden.
2string1,
I went through a very similar conflict a little over a month ago while thinking of replacing my Schroeder 210PL. You can read through all the TBer's help and responses and guidance they gave me through that difficult period here:
http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f15/berg-cn212-vs-schroeder-pl210-998067/
I used to use an Eden 210 years ago (I am not sure of the sub-model - might have been an XST, not really sure.) I felt that my Schroeder was vastly superior to the Eden and, to make a long story short, I am now very, very happy with the CN212.
So. Logically, if N kicks the #&*$ out of P and X whips N - then X whips the #*$% out of P... Right?
Seriously, the Eden 210 is no comparison whatsoever to the Berg CN212.
My only nit-pick to the CN is the relatively weak finishing material. I did not opt for the extra $110.00 for a cover and I have already damaged the finish sliding in and out of the car a few times.
Sound-wise though, it is wonderful.

Isn't it just CF looking tolex on the CN anyways? It's tougher than the AE series, that's for sure.
Which goes back to these light weight cabs now being made. Are we getting old and sacrificing the sound for light weight gear?
$1200.00 on an awesome bass cab?... Ok, I can see that.
$100.00 for a big square pillow case?... Now THATS just silly.
2string, my tale is causionary; get the cover.![]()
Well Ok... I remember years and years ago, when I went to buy a set of home stereo cabinets, the first thing I would do is pick them up and feel the weight. The heavier weight told me they where built solid with good wood and heavy magnets.I guess things have changed. I also feel that a solid built stage with good bracing underneath has a lot to do with the solid sound of the bass. Which goes back to these light weight cabs now being made. Are we getting old and sacrificing the sound for light weight gear? I know this must have been discussed before, but I need reinforcement.
