Hi Fred !
This is the beauty of Talkbass ; We get to talk to the horse.
If / When the 2022 Cirrus comes out, I sure hope you have the original Cirrus DNA like the preamp, shape more or less, and not just make another Spector copy of a Peavey copy.
I could imagine seeing a Peavey Cirrus / Spector Euro hybrid so to speak. The look and DNA of a Cirrus and the size of a Spector, so a little sleeker. Like Jason X
Leaner and meaner and ready for outer space. (Horror movie reference for those curious...)
Personally, the Cirrus is one of the BEST basses I've ever owned and I own 4 now and have owned about 10. I've had about 40 go through my hands and EVERY SINGLE one of them set up exactly the same. 10 /10.
The one thing I've ALWAYS dreamed of in a (custom) Cirrus is a bolt on with VFL P/J, but I own both a bolt on Cirrus and an RJIV, so I'm covered, but I'd have liked to see a P/J as an option.
The other is side LED's. I actually had my #1 get upgraded to LED's and I don't regret it one bit.

Very good question.
