MultiFX that has built-in premium effects

Which one? Neptunium?
Yes

I tried to buy just now and it said out of stock. Do I need to contact @Sushi Box FX directly or is there awaiting list?
There is no waiting list. Sushi just dropped around 50, they are first to order gets them after the drop. He is doing one more drop I believe. You just need to watch the Sushi thread and get on the email list. Although it seems some folks camp out and sometimes grab them before the email is even sent. I would just bookmark the page and check in every now and then. And also follow the Sushi thread.

I can be wrong, but this one have only one valve, while Noble and Nobelium has two valves. Will it affect the sound?
If I'm not mistaken, the DI side of the Noble only uses one tube. The second tube is for the 1/4 out. So if you are just using the DI side it should be similar?

Edit: the Neptunium is supposed to be an exact copy of the DI side of the Noble. Will they sound exactly the same? Probably not? So many other variables involved...

My experience is that there are few effect designers in the digital realm doing anything "premium" who also make full-featured multi-FX. Perhaps the one exception to that is Eventide, who made their name with early digital technology and have always been known for building innovative digital algorithms. In that sense I think the Eventide H90 fits your description, but in practice probably wouldn't fit your needs due to significant limitations (they don't build algorithms to model other people's analog FX or amps, it can only run two algorithms simultaneously, expensive, etc). The Eventide stuff is among the best at pitch-shifting, modulation, ambient type effects and the sound-quality is top notch for a multi-FX unit IME.

It sounds like instead you want something that does decent modeling of analog devices, which is what the Line 6, Boss, Fractal, Neural DSP, etc multi-FX do. Often this is done through virtual modeling of actual signal paths (like the Line 6 stuff), which gives some reasonable representation of the original sound with limitations (modeling the sound of tubes is a whole can of worms for example, and they tend to not use enough DSP per effect to get as hi-fi as stuff like the H90).

I personally have an HX Stomp and do love it, but would agree with others that it works best when not directly compared to its analog equivalents as you will always be able to distinguish some ways that it falls short if you approach it that way- You are unlikely to find many users who directly compare to a Noble and prefer the Helix model of it, ditto for most of the models- doesn't mean that in a band mix any of that will matter. Setting up a full signal chain of effects and preamps, etc is quite easy and the routing and EQing options available make it possible to get some powerful signal paths. IMO, the size and cost of the HX Stomp for the amount of utility it offers are a great sweet-spot and unlike some of the alternatives there are a decent amount of bass-specific options included (and they have regularly added even more effects, utilities, and fixes with free firmware updates based on user feedback ever since release).

That said, I also have a Boss SY-1000 that gives access to a lot of the Boss digital modeling and they are also quite powerful and tasty-sounding. Presumably one of the Boss multi-FX like the GT-1000 would also be a great alternative to look into for similar cost as an HX Stomp (the SY-1000 probably wouldn't make sense unless you are also specifically wanting access to its synth and V-guitar capabilities and using a 13-pin enabled instrument like I do). My experience with Boss/Roland is that they are unlikely to offer anywhere near the same level of support and updates as Line 6 has for their Helix stuff though- they instead tend to just pop out a new product every few years to get people to pay for those upgrades and leaving older products in stasis.

After posting and reading some threads about multi effects, Line 6 Helix family is the majority favourite and I was wondering making an effort to get it.

Thinking in premium pedals effects like Noble preamp, Cali76 compressor, Aguilars and others, which one would have it?
Not just limited to Line 6, any other equipment, brands too.

Also would be nice mention equipments that you could add (upload) or create those effects on the bank if it does not exist by default.
Do you have Google? you will see many multi effects pedals like
fractal ,quad cortex boss, GT 1000, etc….

IMO:
I really have liked using the HX Stomp.
I started using the HX Stomp last year because I also wanted access to the sounds of some of the pedals you mentioned or Line6’s versions of them.
I follow the bass player Ian Martin Allison and discovered that he developed a bunch of patches to purchase for the HX Stomp in which he targeted a bunch of those sounds. You can check them out on his website. This is not the route for everyone ($) but it made it very easy for me to get some great, well thought out sounds for not only effects but preamps and compressor settings as well. I’m not endorsing IMA or fanboying, only saying that the HX Stomp and the patches really work well for me in live and recording gigs
Ian is a total asset to the bassist community. And such a great player.

I have a big pedalboard with a bunch of dumb boutique pedals, and I have an HX Effects unit. The HX does about 90% of what my pedalboard can do and sounds about 90% as good, though I had some bands say they actually liked it's sounds better in some cases.

I like my amp tone just fine so I didn't need any of the modeling and other tools that the Stomp and other units offer, so the HX Effects gives me all the tweakable effects I want and no filler to scroll through.

This stance dovetails my brother's admonishment "...30% of the $$ buys 90% of the sound" and, to paraphrase, you can't buy the addt'l 10% because we can never agree on what's missing.

As a cheapskate, I'm at an advantage as I've never owned any of the really good ($$$) stuff so can NOT make any comparisons with the resident onboard effects. Best I can do is scroll through the menu options and occasionally stumble across treasures with a response of "hey...that's kinda special!".
