Two questions.
1. Did Aguilar have the DB115? (Was it hiding under that MG DB210?)
2. How did those new Hartke cabinets sound? (Any warmer than the standard aluminum cone?)

1. Dunno, does one of these look like it?
2. The Hartke cabs sounded a little brittle to me. A lot of highs.

There was another shot of that Monster Green DB stack but the flash didn't reveal what was lurking behind the black grill cloth. It looks like that DB115 has a front bottom port.

I recall you not being a fan of the DB series, still, did you get a chance to hear it? I heard it was designed to not only compliment their other cabinets but can do "stand alone" really well too.
Have you ever played one? I never cared much for the way they look either, but when I picked one up and played it...WOW! The Sukop basses are really nice and play better than alot of other high end basses. I've played several at Rudy's in NYC and at the Atlanta Bass Gallery. SWEET!

The new Eden Rocco Prestia amp is very retro looking. But I guess thats what people are into these days.
Actually, unless status changed, he did not shut it down, he sold it to some other folks. I was just there last summer for a couple concerts (Police, Roger Waters) and decided to drop by. While I was there, Ed was apparently on the phone in a rage because they'd turned off his access to the ER web site.
Anyway, unless things have changed, he may have started another shop, but the big one is still there, just run by others.
Let's see.

FWIW, Even though his new shop here is much smaller than the old one, his inventory is much more diverse. He's stocking some really cool basses you won't be able to check out anywhere else (and we have 2 Guitar Centers, a Sam Ash and numorous other smaller and specialty shops around town).
