What I love about it is wanting musicians to double as bouncers and STILL pay-to-play!

That was my first thought as well.
Pay me to be a bouncer, etc--because who to you pay to play doing that?

And since it really is pay to play--even if it was just being a musician (The muscular part leaves me out) no thanks to pay to play.
