You can get a small amount of info by e-mailing the serial number to Ernie Ball Music Man. They will give you the D.O.B and the model, not much more.
What else do you really want to know?
I'm not asking for that. I'm asking for the date my bass was made.I suspect no sensible company would want to give out information which would enable competitors to obtain sensitive commercial information - does Fender really list their entire production with full details of the spec for each instrument?
