Double Bass musicians chair

Sorry if this has been discussed before... I'm looking for a musicians chair. Some features I would like:

1. Adjustable height for seat, back and foot rest.
2. Padded seat and back rest.
3. Adjustable height table with angled back for reading sheet or writing or laptop computer. Table must be able to swing out of the way so you can get out of the chair. Also must include cup holder for beer.
4. Speakers in right/left side of the head rest to come from stereo or laptop computer.
5. 1/8" plug for stereo computer cable.
6. 1/4" plugs on both right and left side of the seat to plug in bass.
7. 1/4" plug on back of seat to plug into amp
8. Build in electric bass stand on either side of the back.
9. Made of wood - preferably I would like a wood working plan so I can build it myself. But pretty sure I could build one from a picture.
   

Basically I want a place to sit in the right position and have everything I need within arms reach so I can maximize practice time. Searching around google pictures I found Invalid Link Removed that might be a pretty good start.

Any other options you can think of? any woodworking plans you know of?

Sounds like the perfect chair for those of us who are intent on avoiding practice. You can listen to music, read about music, write about music, eat, drink and look at the bass; without ever getting up and actually playing.

It's no joke - it's called back problems. It's nice to sit while studying and sometimes while playing.

I wonder what was the most ever paid for a bass stool? My last one was about ten bucks. Still using it after ten years.
