man, I understand age limits, but honestly...should say "must look under 30". at 31, I'm often confused for much younger and I know plenty of 20 somethings who look to be mid 30's. either way, this isn't the gig for me...but realistically, for a situation like this...no one is looking at the bass player anyway so age limit should be "must look younger than retired"
