I recently re-discovered Tim Gallway's 'Inner Game in Music' which I enjoyed a lot. I find the idea of getting 'beyond the dots' a really fascinating area in music making. Just wondering what peoples thoughts / favourite reads / influences might be on the vast subject of musicianship, artistry and performance?
