Yeah, I just looked that up as well. I thought I had heard something about a barn, but I could very well be very wrong. That bass still looks very cool though!

Yeah, I just looked that up as well. I thought I had heard something about a barn, but I could very well be very wrong. That bass still looks very cool though!
Ok, I was partly wrong, that not the one and it's not from a old barn, the wood he's going to use is from a 400 year old house. Taken from Jenz's Ritter forum:

Finally I started my exclusive Ritter Royals Line with a separate Website. The Ritter Royals demonstrate my current idea of instrument building.
I just made, beside others, a few very pompous basses featuring massive Gold pieces, Diamonds and other gemstones. At the moment Im working on Basses with totally different statements:
Featuring e.g. old damaged and used wood bodies made out of floor boards of a local 400 years old house, super rare flamed swamp oak with a few thousand years of age, historic surface treatments from the Baroque and Renaissance and so on.
I presumably will not make more than 7-8 pieces a year. Stay Tuned!

I believe youve watched the ritter ADS (attention deficit syndrome) bass too much cos those are 2 4x10.
