That is strange, because the mod idea comes from Mark Hammer, and everyone who tested the mod on DIYstompbox said it worked. My apologies for posting something that is incorrect, though
I joined DIY stompbox list hust so i could search Marks posts about it, this guy really knows this effect (he gave me some other ideas for mods too) but instead of 1 and 3 it's 1, 13 and lift a resistor for the center lug. I'll post more when i switch out my poor 4013
