MXR brick power supply for UK?

Hi guys. Just bought a dc brick from america for real cheap was just wondering does anyone know what type of power supply I require for this? I've had a look online and came across the 'ECB006' but it's rather expensive and was wondering if there were any cheaper alternatives? Cheers guys!

UK and US power adaptors are usually the same except for the plug on the end.

if the power cord is removable,just change it to a UK one. If not, use a UK to US adaptor plug.

You need a 240v to 18vDC supply, preferably with the right plug and polarity, but you can graft one on.

Once you receive the psu, or can find the exact spec, type the spec into eBay, and you'll find something right, and for a fraction of the price of the Dunlop one

500mA 18v, regulated.

My brick has a sticker on input 18v 18W, so you could use a full 1A but that's a whole lot of power for not so many pedals.
