So, amyome having issues with their brick??
Just got mine all wired up and powered yesterday. Worked great. Board is just about dead quiet. Lovin it at that point. Played for about 30 min, things were good. Go to plug it in last night to play around. Somethings not working. I'm not getting a signal. So I start troubleshooting. I come to find out it's my fdeck, the very last effect in my chain. It's also plugged into the top left 6/15v port. So I unplug it. Plug into my B7K, the second to last pedal. Everything works great again. I'll also add that every port on the brick is only being used by one pedal each. I am only using one 9v port (the 450 one) to power about 4 pedals and the other 9v/450 to power two pedals.
So I try another power cable. Nothing. I take the fdeck off my board and try it with a battery, just it my bass and amp. Nothing. I'll also say that I quadruple checked any time I plugged something into either variable voltage port. Always. I'm not plugging anything else into that port to "test it". Other than that, the brick is great. But, this is a big issue if that port is faulty. Because it fried my fdeck. That knob is a little crooked too. I didn't think much of it until I heard another TBr say his was too.
So have any of you had any issues with your brick?? I've already emailed MXR to see what they'll say about it. It's kinda very bitter/sweet right now. I'm happy I have a really nice, highly efficient PSU powering my board and it really quiet. But I'm very unhappy because I really do think that that port is faulty and it fried my fdeck....
