I got my second bass a few weeks ago, and had time to take some pictures today. It's an Ibanez ATK 305. :hyper:
It's an awesome bass! I'm going to install some Dunlop Straploks.

I can't forget our favorite rule...pics:

Some of the screws are rusty though. Should I try to replace them?
Also, what year was it made?

On the ATK reissues for 2007, I wish Ibanez would use just a bit smaller headstock and Gotoh tuners.

The ATK headstocks look odd to me with those big Schaller gears on them at funny angles.

Ibanez beat Traben to the punch with the oversized, massive bridge design, and the ATK bridge looks a lot less esoteric than the Traben designs.

Having said that, I've played late 90's ATKs at music stores and always like the feel and the sound, particularly those active 5'ers.

I agree with you comment on the reissue ATK headstocks. They are pretty ugly IMO.

I kind of like the bridge and tuners though. Not sure why, I am usually a "less is more" kind of guy. But the size of the bridge and tuners seem to fit on these basses.
