Well I'm starting to build a 4x15 based off the sunn 415b. I will be posting pictures along the way and will be open to advice and ideas on future builds.

The Sunn 415B is a very intelligent configuration in my opinion. Good for you!

If you aren't dead set on doing an exact copy, you might consider cutting a small triangular opening in the upper "lip" of the enclosure, where the top is overhanging the cross-firing front baffle. That would a) help prevent a standing wave in that dimension and b) maybe let you hear the overtones a little bit better.

I once prototyped a 4x15 cab. It got mixed reviews from my beta tester, but maybe one of these days I'll revise it and have another go.
