My car got egged

Happens in this neighborhood pretty regularly. It's been once this year, and usually once or twice per year in the past. Its non-targeted though, as you can tell it's someone who drove down the street and hit whatever cars they were passing at the time. Its a pain to clean once it dries, and frustrating but could be worse.

Once I woke up on the fourth of July to find a set of long bladed hedge trimming shears stuck point-down through my windshield. No rhyme or reason to that either.
