My Cliff Bordwell 6 string fretless build thread

It sounds great. I like it a lot.

I currently own 3 bordwells, 2 30 inchers with amapola and a 34” with swamp ash. All are right around 6.5 pounds. All sound great. I was nervous at first, but I’m so glad I just trusted Cliff.

I'm hoping the fact that this is a sixer won't make it too heavy. I have not had a bass under 10 pounds in... well, I don't remember. Cliff said he thinks we can get it to about 8.

Yeah, kind of went with the F-bass thing for the fingerboard. I think if it wasn't a six, I probably woulda left it clean.
