I love doing upper register work on my Sterling with that glorious sculpted heel, and the sumbitch always cuts through a mix. She's my numba one. :)

I love that little switch. I find myself using the series mode most often in a band setting. It tears right through the mix. The Sterling is my number one as well. Now I just need me a maple boarded one and a fretless one, and I'll be set.

And the sculpted heel is indeed awesome:

Sterling has becoming my main bass for years now. I bought the first one as soon as they started to ship and another a couple of years late as a backup. Next one will be a trans black HH with a maple fingerboard.
