My first bass

You can try a Dean Edge 1. It is an excellent 5 string bass, very comfortable to play, lightweight at about 7.3 lbs and sounds great, B string included. All for about $220. I had D'Addario Chromes on mine and it played and sounded great! Worth a look.
Cześć! Both the Sterling and ESP are great basses to start out on. Of course the Sterling should be cheaper. Also, as I remember, the ESP has a tighter string spacing than the Sterling. I believe it's 17.5mm for the Ray5, and something like 17 or 16.5mm for the B205. So keep that in mind esp relative to your hand size. For me, tighter than 17.5mm just doesn't work. But I've got big hands and long fingers.
I've lived on the left side of the pond all but one or two years. I've only heard the song called Day Tripper. A one night stand is a thing where two people spend the night together and never see each other again. A day tripper is someone that does LSD just for the day then goes back to regular life.
You sound like you already have a good idea of what you want to do. I'm with the crowd saying start with the 5.
Developing good technique on the 5 and finding a 4 string in your hands later on will be imo an easier transition than vice versa.
It took me 7 years to go from 4 strings to a 5. I bought my first 5 string in August of last year.. and my only real struggle with it has been taming the open low B when I'm playing fingerstyle on other strings. Basically adding 17-18mm of ground to cover for my thumb to dig into to mute it. At the time of posting this I sometimes have to check myself but for the most part I don't have to think about muting. A month ago - I had to check myself more often, 2 and a half months ago I was still actively thinking about it.
The earlier you tackle that the easier it will be and in my opinion - taking that 17-18mm away should a 4 string end up in your hands won't come with the same struggle as the opposite.

Re-read the lyrics to Day Tripper, from someone who has spent considerable years on the right side of the pond, including Cambridge, working in the courts system with a barrister and having lunch in the Lord's dining hall, and numerous college choir tours and vacations, including staying with home families, attending weddings of friends, visiting the church where my 10th century ancestor was baptized, and singing for the Bishop of Ely as a member of Great St. Mary's, Cambridge, choir. Before there was LSD in England, a Day Tripper was a One-Night Stand.

All of your opinions were very useful and im thankful for it but the choice only got harder, coz now there is Sterling sub, Sire m2 5 and now Harley Benton BZ-5000 (some people recommended that brand) and there is no way for me to test the Harley Benton one. I guess i will try to find and try Sterling and Sire out but what about the Harley Benton?

Really? They did a lot of things that were attributed to allusions or references to drugs, but this is not one of them. Post a link. Until then, I stand by my post.
I can't speak for the others but owning a Sire P7 5, it shares the same Heritage 3 pre-amp as the Sire m2, and the thing is a versatile beast. The humbuckers will add their own qualities to the tone I'm sure, but, the pre-amp is pretty feature packed for what it is, best of all there's a bypass switch for when/if you don't want to use it.
I'd be confident that it would make a fine first bass, and with some TLC, , maybe replacing the stock knobs like I did.. that bass could suit you for some time to come.
