Double Bass My Lifeline has lost volume

As the post says. My Lifeline has lost volume. It still sounds good, I just have to run my Acoustic Image R2 III master all the way up and the channel volume at about 2 o'clock. This head is rated at 450 watts @8ohm. Plenty of power. Has anyone else ever had this issue with a Lifeline?

Check it's still all the way in and making full contact with the bridge?

Yes I had this problem when mine was new. They come with a several year warranty and the dealer replaced it for me.
