WIP The Beginning

I don't have everything present which is fine because I don't have enough leads to hook it up.

Not all the pedals were on but hey

I was checking to see what interacted well in the feedback loops, so far the FZ-2 into the FL-10 into the Bassballs will work fine, all will work separately and they will work together as well, and by well I mean a screaming uncontrollable mess of sound with blips and sweeps all over the place.

Volume pedal is the only thing that will speed up the WIP now as once I have that I'll know how many cables I'll need and can order those as I will also have all my pedals and then it will just be half a day sitting down working out the order and then placing them on the board in the most ergonomic way and then wiring it all up.

Might need another power supply though so as to avoid ground loops and things and will defo need another daisy chain.

W.I.P 3

You know when you're doing something and you think hmmmm maybe this is a bad idea, well I had one of those moments when I wired it up and though hmmm I'm missing at least 6 pedals and I can't power 4 of the ones in this setup but anyway the plan will continue

It's all wired up and technically should work but I'm terrified of plugging in to it and like I said 4 pedals I can't power but they are TB so signal will flow but I don't want to be looking for a break in that chain.

The width is about right for what a PT Pro will be but the depth is short and obviously with the cabling I can't put things right next to each other but I don't think much more is going to go on once I get 2 EB volume pedals in there.

But I'm happy with the signal chain everything works well with each other and is easy to control.

Now then, re: the EB VP Jr passive vs. active pedal, there seemed to be a little (very little) loss of signal when the high impedance pedal was placed in the middle of things. There was quite a noticeable loss when placed in front though, but what bugged me most was that it felt like the swell was a bit....I don't know....Different?

Thanks for that, was the swell really fast or anything, did the signal just sort of jump in, this is likely to go on my noise side so might not be an issue but I do need a smooth taper to it.
